Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Due to the personal nature of our belly trimmer products (classified as intimate wear), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or worn items for hygiene reasons.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] before returning it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank or card provider — processing may take a few days.
